  • 400g Monte Banato spiral pasta with eggs
  • 1 tray of Fragedo by Transavia chicken thighs
  • yoghurt
  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil
  • tomato sauce with basil
  • 1 tablespoon sana (fermented milk drink)
  • salt

Method

Step 1: Cut the boneless chicken thighs into small cubes, season them well with salt, then add the yoghurt and sprinkle fresh thyme on top. Mix well and let them marinate.

Step 2: Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until translucent, then add the marinated meat to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Step 3: Add the tomato sauce with basil over the meat, season with salt, and after it simmers for a few minutes, stir in two tablespoons of sana into the sauce.

Step 4: Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Once done, drain and add it to the sauce in the pan.

Step 5: To make the sauce even creamier, add some grated Parmesan and mix well.
